The art of being ‘mindful’ is proven to lower stress levels, depression and anxiety as well as leading to a greater ability to concentrate, even under pressure. According to Psychologist and Author, Marsha Lucas, PhD, “Mindfulness is paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally”.
